OVERVIEW
Welcome to The Credentialed Resume Doctor! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to The Credentialed Resume Doctor. The Credentialed Resume Doctor operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). The Credentialed Resume Doctor is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such scope of services and client responsibilities. 

 1. Scope of Services
The service provider agrees to deliver the following based on the selected package:
• Personalized review and assessment of submitted professional materials
• Identification of transferable competencies, leadership accomplishments, and
measurable achievements
• Professional resume writing and/or optimization tailored to the client's desired role(s)
• LinkedIn profile review and recommendations (where applicable)
• A Leadership Discovery conversation to align deliverables with client goals
• Up to two (2) rounds of revisions as outlined in Section 4
Services are limited to those described above. Any additional services requested beyond the scope of the selected package will require a separate agreement and applicable fees.

2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and high-quality delivery, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete professional materials (e.g., performance evaluations,
certifications, employment history, references) prior to or at the time of the initial session.
• Respond to requests for clarification or additional information within five (5) business
days.
• Review and provide feedback on delivered drafts within five (5) business days of receipt.
Please note: Project timelines are contingent upon timely receipt of client materials. Delays caused by the client will not affect the service provider's stated turnaround commitments.

3. Payment Terms
• Full payment of the selected package fee is required at the time of purchase. All
transactions are processed securely through our online store powered by Shopify.
• Services will not commence until full payment has been received and confirmed.
• Accepted payment methods include all major credit and debit cards as supported
through the Shopify checkout platform.
• All sales are considered final upon payment. Please refer to Section 7 for our
Satisfaction and Refund Policy.

4. Revision Policy
Each package includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. A revision is defined as modifications to content, tone, or structure based on client feedback provided after the initial draft delivery.
The following are not considered revisions and may incur additional fees:
• Requests for a new direction or complete rewrite after draft approval
• Addition of roles, experiences, or information not provided during the original intake
• Requests submitted after the revision window has closed (10 business days from draft
delivery)
Additional revision rounds beyond the two included may be purchased at an established rate per round.

5. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time for initial draft delivery is five to seven (5–7) business days from the date all required client materials are received. Expedited turnaround may be available upon request and is subject to availability and an additional fee.

6. Confidentiality
The service provider agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all personal, professional, and financial information shared by the client. Client materials will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party without the express written consent of the client. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of this agreement.

7. Satisfaction & Refund Policy
The service provider is committed to delivering a personalized, high-quality experience for every client. The following refund policy applies to all packages:
• A full refund will be issued if the client submits a written cancellation request within twenty four (24) hours of purchase and prior to the commencement of any services, including the Leadership Discovery conversation or intake process.
• Once the discovery conversation or intake process has begun, all sales are considered
final and no monetary refund will be issued.
• In lieu of a refund, the service provider is committed to client satisfaction through a
structured revision process. Clients are entitled to up to two (2) rounds of revisions as
outlined in Section 4 to ensure the final deliverable meets the expectations of the
desired role(s).
• If the client remains unsatisfied following the revision process, an additional
complimentary revision round may be offered at the sole discretion of the service
provider.
• Refund requests arising from extenuating or exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
To submit a cancellation request within the eligible window, please contact us directly at support@itresumedoctor.com with your name, package selected, and date of purchase.

8. Portfolio & Testimonial Rights
The service provider may request permission to use anonymized, de-identified work samples for portfolio or marketing purposes. Client identifying information will never be used without explicit written consent. Testimonials provided by the client may be used for promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing.


9. Limitation of Liability

The service provider does not guarantee employment, interviews, or specific outcomes as a result of services rendered. Career outcomes depend on a range of factors beyond the control of the service provider, including but not limited to market conditions, employer preferences, and client follow-through.
The service provider's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the selected package.
